Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations If you accidentally made a booking, please email us within 24 hours. We will gladly refund the full amount, minus any administrative fees charged by our website provider (usually CHF 25). Refunds are not available for missed classes/non-attendance. However, enrolment may be transferred to another child before the course begins.
