Service Description
Children dress up in lab coats and safety goggles to become real scientists! We start by asking what is science? Children will witness exciting demonstrations including coloured flames, burning metals and meet a smelly friend who we help to get inside his bottle home by using pressure and fire! Depending on the age and the group we sometimes substitute this experiment for balloon kebabs. The children then make their own experiment around a table. This can be either a tub of slime or a bath bomb to take home (to be chosen in advance). We finish the party with a kid sized giant bubble! IMPORTANT DETAILS: Age: 5-11 Number of children: 10 (includes birthday child). Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Parties To protect our small business and ensure all children have the opportunity to participate, we’ve had to increase our cancellation fees. This change is due to a minority of bookings that were made without the genuine intention of attending, which can prevent other families from having the experience. By updating our policy, we can better manage our programs and fill spots with excited, engaged participants. We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to making our service a great experience for everyone. If you accidentally made a booking, please email us within 24 hours. We will gladly refund the full amount, minus any administrative fees charged by our website provider (usually CHF 25). • 30+ days before the event: Refunds are issued minus a CHF 100 administrative fee. • 15–29 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee applies. • 14 days or fewer before the event: No refunds will be issued. Changes to Party Date • We will do our best to accommodate date changes requested up to 7 days before the party. Changes requested more than 7 days prior to the party date will incur a CHF 100 rebooking fee. Dry Ice Cancellations • Dry ice orders are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. A CHF 100 cancellation fee applies if dry ice has already been ordered. If you have chosen manual payment your party booking will be reserved for 48 hours and confirmed when payment is received.
