Service Description
Inspired by JK Rowling`s Harry Potter we bring Hogwarts into your very own living room. Starting with the sorting hat we use magical wands and coloured flames to discover your house! Make Polyjuice with potions class, discover the magical pages of Tom Riddle`s diary and cast birthday spells into the pensieve. This party includes dry ice. Recommended age 8+ . We recommend this party for children who have seen or read the first and second Harry books / films. DETAILS: Age of celebrant: 8 – 11 Number of children: 10 (includes birthday child). Duration: 1.5 hours Location: Venue of your choice (home, garden, rented room) Language: English / German with Kilowatt Katy. ADD ONS: Cotton Candy: 85 CHF Party Bags: 15 CHF each ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Sent via invoice closer to the date of your party. Additional children: 30 CHF per child. Max 4 extra children (14 guests in total). Add Ons: Cotton candy, party bags Milage fee: (charged when the party is 30 mins from 8926). Maximum drive time 50 mins. PARTY REQUIREMENTS: Table where the children and presenter can stand around. 180cm is usually a good size. Floor space where children and presenter can sit. Minimum 3 x 3m space needed. We bring table protectors. A drain, warm water, a bin and (cotton candy only) electricity. Quiet area where presenter and children can hear each other. No food or drink during activities (for safety reasons). A place where the children can wash their hands after the activities. A space away from the children before and after the party to allow set up / clean up Our presenters will arrive 20 minutes before the party start time to set up. (10:30 or 14:30). Please invite guests 15 – 30 minutes prior to party start time to ensure there is enough time for the entertainment. In our experience there are always a few guests who arrive fashionably late! Please Note: This party involves the children using food colour. We recommend you inform your guests not to wear their best white party clothes as some children may get this on their hands and clothes. We will contact you via telephone to confirm all your party details at least 4 days prior to your party. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Parties If you accidentally made a booking, please email within 24 hours. A full refund will be issued, minus any administrative fees charged by the website provider (usually CHF 25). • 30+ days before the event: Refund issued minus a CHF 100 administrative fee • 15–29 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee applies • 14 days or fewer before the event: No refunds Changes to Party Date • Date changes requested more than 7 days before the party will incur a CHF 100 rebooking fee • Changes requested within 7 days of the party date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees Dry Ice Cancellations • Dry ice orders are non-refundable within 7 days of the event • A CHF 100 cancellation fee applies if dry ice has already been ordered If manual payment is selected, the party booking will be reserved for 48 hours and confirmed once payment is received.
