Cancellation Policy

Camp Cancellation Policy If you accidentally made a booking, please email within 24 hours. A full refund will be issued, minus any administrative fees charged by the website provider (usually CHF 25). Camps, shows and other events • 30+ days before the event: Refund issued minus a CHF 100 administrative fee • 15–29 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee applies • 14 days or fewer before the event: No refunds If manual payment is selected, the camp place will be reserved for 48 hours and confirmed once payment is received.
