Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: In school workshops: 14+ days before start of workshops: full refund (Full refund minus a 50 CHF admin fee). 7 days before start dates 50% cancellation fee applies Refunds are not available once the course has started or for missed classes/non-attendance. However, enrolment may be transferred to another child before the course begins. If you accidentally made a booking, please email us within 24 hours. We will gladly refund the full amount, minus any administrative fees charged by our website provider (usually CHF 25). If you have chosen manual payment your booking will be reserved for 48 hours and confirmed when payment is received.
