Service Description
Exciting hands-on experiments will bring the science of winter to life through a full and active programme designed to keep children engaged, curious, and learning. Children will grow shimmering crystals, make their own snow globes, watch insta-snow erupt in icy bursts, create an electronic light-up Northern Lights artwork, and enjoy the irresistibly frosty fun of snow slime. Winter break becomes even more magical when shared with friends. Children will spend a joyful afternoon ice skating and then warm up with comforting hot chocolate. A highlight of the week is the enchanting trip to the famous glass factory in Luzern, where each child will blow their own glowing glass ornament by hand. Laughter, movement, and moments of friendship will fill the festive skating outing, making Winter WonderLab a week to remember. Outdoor activities and winter games will add teamwork and energy to each day, while cosy indoor sessions will offer crafts, games, and a warm, healthy camp lunch to keep everyone fuelled and happy.

Cancellation Policy
Camp Cancellation Policy: To protect our small business and ensure all children have the opportunity to participate, we’ve had to increase our cancellation fees. This change is due to a minority of bookings that were made without the genuine intention of attending, which can prevent other families from having the experience. By updating our policy, we can better manage our programs and fill spots with excited, engaged participants. We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to making our service a great experience for everyone. If you accidentally made a booking, please email us within 24 hours. We will gladly refund the full amount, minus any administrative fees charged by our website provider (usually CHF 25). Camps, shows and other events • 30+ days before the event: Refunds are issued minus a CHF 100 administrative fee. • 15–29 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee applies. • 14 days or fewer before the event: No refunds will be issued. If you have chosen manual payment your camp place will be reserved for 48 hours and confirmed when payment is received.
